Spiro Arts accommodations are newly built private one and two bedroom apartments. All units have hardwood floors, wool carpet, a private bath-linens included, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. All housing is conveniently located steps away from the studio building. Guests/family members and one small pet per resident are permitted, however ($150.00 dollars of the $300.00 deposit shall be non-refundable to cover additional cleaning costs). One ground level Type-A accessible unit is also available. All participants are responsible for their own meals, though there is a cafe on site. Other services include on-site laundry facilities and free local bus transportation many of Park City locations. Smoking is not permitted in any private living area or the studio building. Free wireless internet is available on-site in most areas.
